Orders typically ship within two weeks if not sooner. Shipping times vary depending on destination location. All order will ship from Huntington Beach, California. We are able to provide a UPS tracking number at your request.

All Orders will ship via UPS.
NOTE: For Special shipping (3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight), please note the following:
Orders received after 1:00 PM Monday-Thursday will be proccessed and shipped the following day.
Orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be proccessed the following Monday.
We do not Ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Baby Jak will accept returns of unused or damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase date.

Please give specific instructions as to why it is being returned. Also you must include a copy of the receipt. We will refund the credit card used in original purchase in the entire amount of the item including tax. If it is a damaged item of our fault, we will also refund shipping fees. If it is a returned item for any other reason, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please specify what you will be exchanging the item(s) for. Any price difference in your favor will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. If the new item has a greater value we will need your credit card information again in order to proccess the difference. We do not refund shipping fees for exchanges. Buyer is fulling responsible for all shipping fees.

Please note, there is a $5.00 restocking fee for all exchanges.
